The Death Card

The U. S. Playing Card Company of Cincinnati produced an ace of spades "Death Card" for troops deployed in Operation Desert Shield just as they had done for U.S. troops in Vietnam.

The box is marked "Secret Weapon BICYCLE Ace of Spades"
